@DoctorChrisVT I’ve just finished reading this & intend to go UPF free. You need to start a campaign to get UPF out of The Eatwell Guide. It’s worrying it suggests ‘low fat’ and ‘low sugar’ foods should be eaten and that ‘sugar free drinks’ all count towards the recommended fluid intake!

Today I’ve had the most appalling service from @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp where there ‘customer service’ team wont even acknowledge their driver has is a thief. They continue to employ him to commit more crimes yet refuse to refund me for the product they failed to delivery
