Today I’ve been on a train where a lady was listening to French TV at ear splitting volume. I asked her to switch it off - she did. Now I’ve got a gentleman on speakerphone getting very irate about a refund on some shoes. Why? Why do people do this? I just FIND IT SO AWFUL 😡
