I ordered 950 gm pot of yoghurt this morning, only 450gm were delivered.
My refund request has been declined. Poor customer service.

@MartinSLewis Is there a secret code to get them to accept this? I have had an Enforcement and Termination letter dated 31/10 the day I changed my airtime plan, demanding total balance due to enforcing clause 17. My watch contract has been in place since 2022 so not in the 24 month period.

@O2 I raised a dispute with your customer service team on Sunday and was advised I would get a call back in the next 24 -48 hours. Unsurprisingly I have not had a call.

@ParcelForce_FR why oh why can’t you deliver a parcel to the correct address. My parcel was left outside someone else’s house for 4 days, in the rain.

@RoyalMailHelp not for the first time my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address and also left outside in the rain for 4 days. 🤦‍♀️
