Well I’m over the moon! @KevMColl of @letstalkcentral has said that having a 5 year land supply doesn’t mean you can’t build on green belt. He says that’s not a good reason to refuse permission for development on HRegis land. So it must be same for Caddington/Slip End right?

The officer then said that urban development would extend and the natural boundary for green space would be the link road. It did not meet the tests at all!
