@SW_Railway Yes they said there is nothing they can do and I should contact transport focus. We would not have paid £55 for new tickets if it wasn’t for the member of staff that told us we would get a refund!

@SW_Railway disgusting service, forced to purchase(much more expensive) tickets at the station, because the card I booked with online expired before travel. On the promise that I would be refunded. Only to be refused by email as ‘apparently’ they are non refundable!
