@British_Airways I received an email today asking: "it would be useful to know a bit more about the contents of your baggage" My baggage never boarded the plane I caught to Mexico city on 25th. I've spent 250 on clothes and essentials. Its still with you so what do you think?

@RoyalMail I just revieved an email to say: "Unfortunately, we couldn’t collect due to the following reasons: There didn't seem to be anyone in when we called." I have a ring doorbell, no one even attempted to collect my parcel, the camera triggers even if people stand there.

@WayfairUK missing parts for an order placed back in December. Parts should've arrived feb, 3rd time delayef. I just need the fixing kit as you put the wrong one in the box. After waiting 3 months, and still nothing I would genuinely expect some form of compensation.

@OakFurnitureSS I complained on the 14th Feb as I was missing parts to complete my dining set... I am still waiting! No one has been in contact despite you saying they would be. The service is just rubbish. I have been waiting for my order since December, not acceptable.
