@Hydra_Thahmid@I_Am_The_ICT Love seeing this, leveraging the prop account but compounding in a freer environment where the track record is actually yours. That’s the path for proven traders ready to go beyond just the prop account. Keep proving the way!
We’re rooting for ya @BeyondFunded
@fxdavetrades Love seeing traders build personal accounts alongside their prop accounts that’s where the real ownership and compounding live. Would love to connect.
Funded traders — what’s the end goal with your payouts?
Are you:
A. trying to compound a personal account backed by real institutional infrastructure?
Or
B. the payout itself is the finish line?
If there’s one thing to take away from this…
No matter if it’s CFDs or Futures
No matter how reputable a prop firm seems
No matter how long it’s been around
A prop firm is a tool
Not your identity
Not your retirement plan
And definitely not your life insurance
Use it
Get paid
Withdraw your profits
Diversify
Never become dependent on a single prop firm
That’s the lesson.
The unfortunate events that occurred with @Alpha_Futures_ today are more of a reason why proven traders should be deploying their prop firm withdrawals into live accounts & compounding capital that they truly own!
The “responsible trader program” trap is real and it’s the clearest sign a firm sees you as a liability the moment you win.
Funded traders don’t need more restrictions after proving themselves. They need a path to bigger capital. That’s the whole thesis behind Beyond Funded.
2023-2025 was the era for prop firms
you could get 6-7 figure payouts easily across multiple firms
now some firms move you to live right after the first payout.
or they force you to their "responsible trader program" with DLL and consistency rules
personal live capital is the best way moving forward.
props are still a great tool for extra leverage, but i make the most money from my live account
@TritonTrades Spot on!
Verified traders should be moving toward real capital access, not getting funneled into stricter DLL rules the moment they prove they’re profitable.
We’re looking for serious traders that have proven long term viability while generating risk adjusted returns.
@salmanmunir96 Imagine depositing 1k and receiving 10x ($10,000) the buying power with 2% scaling events. Imagine how that compounds🤯
This is the advancement path that we’re offering exclusively for funded prop traders that have risk adjusted performance.
Lucid calling me up to live after missing one winning day from a 2nd $10,000 payout.😩
Was really hoping for that 2nd $10,000 payout first.
Why the last day before a payout?!
No offense to Lucid, just being transparent!
For full transparency I've had roughly $35,000 in expenses and $42,000 in payouts with Lucid.
I'm super proud of my trading performance lately and I believe I'll crush it Live!🔥
Road to 1M live capital🫡
LFG! 🫶
This is exactly why funded traders shouldn’t be putting all their eggs in one prop firm’s live basket. If your progress can get wiped by a switch-to-live policy, you need equity that’s actually yours, the goal should be building your own account simultaneously
FYI I don’t think that being moved live shouldn’t be the end goal. It absolutely should. We can’t stay on sim forever, as much as I’d love to 🤣
I understand that props have to build a sustainable business so that we can all profit off it, they have to make their money too.
My only issue is when you’re about to lock in a payout and get moved, it is annoying. I don’t care what anyone says. We are allowed to voice our opinions 😭
A lot of this ‘complaining’ is actually frustration that our hard work just gets taken off us and we have to start again. I’m not sure about every single prop firm but the ones I’ve been moved live, I have built buffers and a good amount of profit on sim and it gets taken away for a live account on which I have to start from scratch.
It’s fine for some people but are we not allowed to be annoyed by anything lol.
No one is saying prop firm owners should have a complete overhaul of their business model just because we are slightly irritated at something 🤣🤣
That being said I do think live should be the end goal, if the live accounts have a good set of rules then it’s fine I guess. Just my two pence live stans don’t come at me pls
@_sabah7 This whole thread proves why funded traders need their own account running alongside the prop firm grind. Your hard work shouldn’t live and die by one firm’s policy. We help funded traders 10x their capital in real accounts so your progress is actually yours.
The frustration here isn’t irrational it’s a signal. Funded traders shouldn’t feel punished for succeeding on sim. There’s a real opportunity for firms (or tools layered on top of firms) to make the live transition preserve what you’ve earned instead of wiping it.
