Anyone looking at how far I’ve come, just know that I near enough lost my damn mind throughout this whole process. Trading is not for the weak 😅

There were plenty of sleepless nights. Blown accounts. Questioning my sanity. And wondering if I was ever going to get there.

Sometimes the person you see on a leaderboard is just a mama trying to make it for her kids. I’m far from a your average trader but I’ve earned my spot and if I did it, then ya’ll can too.

Trust the process and all that jazz..

I think what made me get this far is probably my reason ‘why’.

One of my children is diagnosed with a life limiting condition, he is 8. They told me he won’t make it past his mid teens.

It awakened something inside me to make sure my kids live life to their absolute fullest and I was able to provide that for them.

Being his full time carer and also with 3 other siblings, I couldn’t just get a job.

When I came across trading I was very hesitant at first, it’s super male dominated and I convinced myself there was no way I’d understand it.
However I tried, and it clicked. So I kept trying.

Sometimes trading isn’t about the lambos and extravagant lifestyle, it’s about the financial stability, the ability to create memories and being able to say yes to my kids.

I couldn’t fail. I had 4 little people looking up to me.

I thank god every single day for putting me in this position. All praise is to him alone.

Also being a very patient person in general helped 😅

My first time trading with @MyFundedFutures. Tried their pro account which has a 14 day wait for payout, next week I should be able to request this but so far so good!

Also taking no more than 3 trades a day is key for me to stay disciplined. Find what works for you 📈

@alexsstrader_ @MyFundedFutures I caught the reversal last Wednesday if I remember correct. It pretty much flew in my direction, chart moved about 600 points that day which isn’t an everyday occurrence either lol.

@Nainai_W3 I learnt a few strategies then pulled out of each what I liked and left what I didn’t! I use the IB a lot for globex. And reversals and continuations for ny if I trade that session which is hardly ever. But a lot of it is tailoring things to your preferences! 🫶 thank you

Getting a lot of questions regarding my recent posts. Will try and answer some but I promise I haven’t done anything special, just a lot of hours spent with NQ and some psychology lessons I learnt the hard way!

For context I learnt how to trade April/may last year. I started props June 2025 and got my first payout July 2025. Been getting payouts consistently since then.

The Mffu account I managed to run up to 82k is one 50k pro account. My initial trade was a NY reversal which I caught for the majority of the move. I lock in a good amount of profit and use that as my buffer to then hold the trade and size in heavy to it.

I am a mum of 4 and live in the UK. I do not trade NY open usually as I’m on school runs during that time, that 29k trade I took with mffu happened to be on a day I was able to sit through the NY open session which is rare.

I trade globex or ny pm session. Mainly globex. The other trades you are from these sessions. A lot of sleep has been sacrificed 🥱

Also my favourite accounts to usually trade are lucid 25k pro accounts and take payouts every 3 days. Easily done, quick scalps and less stress!
However this Mffu pro account was good for holding trades as I wasn’t rushing for a payout so took bigger setups.

I limit myself to 2-3 trades. Majority of the time I am done in 1 trade if I’m scalping. If I take a loss I will take another trade if I’m confident. But I have learnt to close the laptop once I feel myself about to revenge trade. This is the difficult part

I am a discretionary trader. I don’t have a set strategy I trade price action and use confluences over different strategies that I’ve learnt. Basically I’ve made my own strategy up that makes sense to me. ADHD has a part to play lol

Discipline is key. Over trading will ruin you. I can still tilt I am not exempt from this 😅

The most insane thing about trading is how lonely it is. No one around me knows I trade. Hence why I’ve come on here.
When I saw myself as 2nd on a prop firm leaderboard I had no one to tell, yet it’s one of my biggest achievements in life!! Just insane..

But the support from everyone on here is so cute I’m so grateful to be here and I hope everyone gets to achieve it too!! The market has space for us all 🥹
