@TeachLeadAAli I don’t really understand that response. You finished your first message by asking for thoughts. My thoughts are that visiting a school and writing a report is less meaningful than you seem to think it is!
@TeachLeadAAli Yes. So there’s the easy bit…going into lessons and giving your views in a report. Then there’s the proper, hard work of creating teacher change.
@TeachLeadAAli Thoughts are that I love it…..but it will probably lead to zero change. Staff you say nice things about will think “Thank you very much” ones with significant development points will either dismiss or not understand how to action.
@RogersHistory Same with a headteacher saying that OFSTED is toxic and not fit for purpose but then plastering their Ofsted results all over the website if they’re good.
