@MatanCohenGrumi It really is a huge progress over the current state of the art. I’ve seen people do crazy things with Klein 4B to achieve video generation and editing but obviously Klein is just an image model. Seedance 2 has been the undisputed champion but it’s too pricey.

6. Then we generate all keyframes before touching video. The entire timeline is planned before rendering begins. Works the same whether your video is 15 seconds or 30 minutes.
