On Tuesday we held our bi-monthly GM meeting at Park Regis Birmingham, where hoteliers from across the Birmingham region came together to discuss how to work collaboratively for the greater good.

We also heard from the University College Birmingham College of Food on ways that hoteliers can work together with education providers to create opportunities for future hospitality workers.
