Your Excellency Hon’ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the conduct of a member of the APPSC, Shri Parige Sudhir, has become completely unethical.

He has been resorting to unethical and immoral acts such as chatting on WhatsApp and making individual calls to candidates who have applied for various examinations.

Further, he has created a Telegram channel named “THE BEACON”, where he has been posting sensitive information related to examination results and notifications even before they are officially published on the APPSC website.

He has also been conducting opinion polls among candidates on matters that are to be decided solely at the level of the Hon’ble Chairman and Secretary.

Most concerning of all, he has been aligning himself with a particular group of candidates by branding them as selected, thereby polarising aspirants into groups of selected and non-selected, and pitting one against the other.

These brazen and blatant acts strike at the very heart of the core principles that guide the APPSC — transparency, fairness, independence, and neutrality.

This has created a strong perception of bias, favouritism, and undue influence, eroding the trust that lakhs of aspirants have placed in the APPSC.

We request you to kindly look into this grave issue, which is affecting the lives and careers of lakhs of aspirants.
