The installation done by the @panasonic team was also extremely poor and was delayed by almost 15 days after purchase. This level of service is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like Panasonic. Customers expect better quality and support.
Very disappointed with @PanasonicIndia AC service. I booked a service request on Monday, and now it’s already Friday, but no technician has visited yet. The cooling performance has been very poor from the beginning, even though I purchased this AC just 1.5 months ago.
