@DrSJaishankar Sir .. am a great fan of yours.appreciate your work. Kndly look at possibility of shifting our IST by half hour ahead or behind. So we are one hour ahead or behind other country. This 1 1/2 hrs, 2 1/2 hrs or 8 1/2 hrs etc time difference is most confusing to all
