@indianrailway Train No 12454 Rajdhani Express travelling from Delhi to Ranchi, is providing pathetic service,none of the meals have been provided on time, is this the service we pay so much for?
This is the condition with a premium train in Ac second tier.

My mother age 67,(sr citizen) was travelling from Patna to ranchi on 7th Feb at Train no. 18623, AC 1st class. In this cold weather the AC of the train was at full swing, and she was feeling cold she repeatedly requested the staff to increase the temperature
