SOS from my student. She entered MH with 98.6% PCM & remains one of the best student. Should her degree be denied because her circumstances may not allow her to take OBE? What assurance can be given?

Exam process & pattern have changed
Mock OBE has disappointed students: dummy papers give no idea of changed exam pattern
Major problems in procedure have filled them with anxiety!
