Since, i haven't heard anything back from you folks on the wrongly cutt of my data usage days and the apology letter and it's just the ticket that are being created for my issue is being closed without asking me the status.

I want a strict action against this matter if infact GTPL is a customer oriented company.
I would also like to have a written apology letter from GTPL side for everything i went or going through.

I want a strict action against this irresponsibility of GTPL.

@KDAHMumbai it's been more than 2 hours since i have been waiting to just have a RT PCR test, as i want to travel to other state. When it comes to getting money from me your staff was very quick. I paid for this test as an when i entered (2 hours back).

And now i have to wait for an infinite time to get the test done.
I cam here considering that is a reputed hospital, but i think i was worng i am now getting a feel of a money oriented hospital this is.
Plz work on improving the management.
