I gave you all valid docs, followed every process, and got just 50% under ZipCare ADLD, which should be ~80%.

This is not popular yet very important issue. The closing of these complaints with clearly apparent evidences of the problem is a consequence of incompetence of government people responsible for betterment of this land area. Hope this resolve ASAP.
