@CityPowerJhb Any update on Randburg outage? We're going on 24 hours here😭

[Bia V @Bia_Vis011]

@CityPowerJhb Blairgowrie is block 1 and was meant to be out at 8PM but we were out at 6PM. Now it is 11PM and we still have no power.

What is happening please?

[Bia V @Bia_Vis011]

@CityPowerJhb Power still out in Blairgowrie? What is the hold up?

[Bia V @Bia_Vis011]

@CityPowerJhb Also Blairgowrie has been out for a while

[Bia V @Bia_Vis011]

@CityPowerJhb There are houses in Blairgowrie without power. Is it related to this?

[Zani_B @Zani70162402]

@JHBWater Why aren’t the Linden towers not getting incoming water supply? You completed the work “on time” last night. How much longer are we expected to live like this??? It’s been 5 days! 5! It must be illegal to do what you are doing to us.

[KuNa Kids Clothing @KuNa_SA]

@JHBWater Your original notice was sant a day after you had cut off water , and it said by 4pm today we would have water restoration. What is the actual ETA Bordeaux . It has been days.

There were repairs and maintenance for a week in March/April 2024 . Once a year we can understand...

[Orion_Skywatch77 @OSkywatch77]

@JHBWater Hi. Why is Jhbwater withholding critical information as to WHY there hasn't been ANY INFlow to the Linden1&2 reservoirs from Randwater's 711mm feeder line on Republic Rd (corner Judges)? WHEN will the feeder line to Linden1&2 reservoir & towers be opened?!! Entire Randburg dry?!

[Nicole Pillay @NicolePill37755]

@JHBWater Same responses, people are left desolate, once again a violation of a basic human right. Stop being reactive and more proactive. Let's hope that we don't have outbreaks of communicable diseases. By the time stakeholders realize the impact of this, it will be far too late.

[Yoliswa Sobuwa @YoliswaSobuwa]

@JHBWater Hayi hayi hayi no we can't live like this. We need a proper update in Ferndale. We have heard that Randburg reservoirs and towers are empty since Tuesday. Hayini it's five days without water and nothing concrete from @JHBWater. Why do you take us for granted.

[Bubu @Bubu1191643]

@JHBWater Is there any hope for us in Randburg. This is very frustrating. Please. How were the reservoirs filled up before this maintenance. Does it mean we're waiting for the rain now

[Hayley Newel @HayleyNewel]

@JHBWater But you are not saying when will the water be restored. Is there no ETR?
Blairgowrie has not had water the whole week now.
