We need to move away from the idea that people with #IBD must eat a low fiber diet. Evidence consistently shows fiber is beneficial 4 microbiota, gut integrity, motility, ⬇️symptoms, ⬇️inflammation. In flares, stricturing dz or post op, small particle sized foods help ⬆️tolerance
