I envisioned an Akure North/South where economic activities thrive, not by chance, but by design. A constituency where small businesses are empowered, local industries are revitalized, and young people are equipped with opportunities that translate into real prosperity. I understands that true development lies in creating systems where competition, innovation, and productivity drive growth.

MHR Aspirant, Akure North/South Federal Constituency
Otunba Dele Ologunloluwa is not new to leadership. His footprint in governance, media strategy, youth empowerment, and legislative advocacy is not theory — it is testimony. He is the man with the master plan, a technocrat-politician who listens, learns, leads, and gets results.

INVESTING IN YOUTH, SECURING THE FUTURE: OLOGUNLOLUWA'S VISION FOR AKURE NORTH/SOUTH.
February 26, 2026
Across Nigeria, unemployment remains one of the most pressing challenges confronting our society. In Akure North and Akure South Federal Constituency, the question is no longer whether youth development matters, but who truly understands how to make it work.
Hon. Bamidele Ologunloluwa brings to this conversation more than promises. As a former Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development, he understands that youth empowerment is not an abstract idea. it is a structured process that requires policy clarity, institutional support, and sustained political will.
Youth development, when properly designed, is a powerful economic tool. Sports, vocational skills, technology, creative industries, and entrepreneurship are not mere social programmes; they are pathways to employment, productivity, and dignity. Hon. Ologunloluwa’s experience in government exposed him to the realities of implementation how to move from policy to programme, and from programme to measurable outcomes.
For Akure North/South, his legislative focus is clear: attract federal youth initiatives, strengthen skills-to-employment pipelines, and create partnerships that turn talent into enterprise. This means supporting training linked to real market needs, advocating funding access for young entrepreneurs, and ensuring that constituency youths are not excluded from national opportunities.
What distinguishes Hon. Ologunloluwa is his realism. He recognizes that unemployment cannot be solved with rhetoric or sporadic interventions. It demands a leader who understands systems, appreciates youth energy, and knows how to align local needs with federal resources.
The future of Akure North/South will be determined by how well its youths are prepared, engaged, and empowered. By prioritizing youth development as a legislative agenda, Hon. Bamidele Ologunloluwa presents a clear case: invest in the youths today, and secure the constituency’s future tomorrow.
In 2027, the choice before the people is simple experience over experiment, structure over slogans, and leadership that knows how to deliver where it matters most.
