On 17 October 2026, security forces conducted three intelligence based operations in Quetta, Nushki and Khuzdar Districts of Balochistan, on reported presence of terrorists belonging to Indian proxy, Fitna al Hindustan, neutralising eight Indian sponsored terrorists.

On 17 October 2026, terrorists attempt to establish road block in Panjpai area of district Quetta to disrupt local traffic was intercepted by security forces, resulting in killing of five Indian sponsored terrorists.

Further more, during sanitisation operation in Nushki district. Security forces busted terrorists hideout and after an intense fire exchange, two Indian sponsored terrorists were sent to hell. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered.

In another intelligence based operation in district Khuzdar terrorist hideout was engaged by security forces through prompt offensive action, whereby, killing one Indian sponsored terrorist. Large quantity of explosive (490 kilograms) was also recovered.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area. Relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
