@JunkWaxQueen @stayfreefl So according to citizens(our carrier) we are required to carry flood because our home is worth more than 500k and in 2026 any home over 400k will be required to carry it too. Per my mortgage industry wife lol.

@JunkWaxQueen @stayfreefl Yeah our area isn’t in any designated flood zone. Our option was basically buy it or we’d be dropped and have to go to another that doubled in price. I think it’s just them trying to pull out of Florida without pulling out officially.
