@VirginHolidays Can’t believe I’m going through this again, this is our second attempt to go to Mexico after we were booked to go last year with Thomas Cook, all I want to do is go on holiday, if someone could please contact me back

I Have been patient and not fussed or got angry, I just waited my turn. Got the email today + my DD payments refunded, £6000+ so can now book another holiday for next year, People need to calm the fuck down, you will get your money, just wait!! Thanks for quick service @UK_CAA

@UK_CAA No we paid the excursion companies direct as it was cheaper than tc, so can’t claim and lost out, now the insurance won’t even listen and just cancelled the policy

@UK_CAA my insurance won’t do anything till I have my refund from you, If you refund my DD payments will that make my insurance included within my holiday void? Also can I claim for extras they were not paid to TC but to other companies ie excursions and trips. Cheers

@UK_CAA we were due to fly out on 23rd to Mexico with TC, can we claim for extras that we booked direct with companies in Mexico for example attractions and excursions?
