@TUIUK changed my direct debit date to the 28th of November but finance dept made mistake and put 28th December so I changed it again till the 28th November their mistake not mine .even ask for next payment due the 1st of October not booked till 15th Oct.

@TUIUK do not book with tui no deposit direct debit the are incapable of performing a simple task .Holiday booked on the 15th of October first payment no due till November 28th yet cancelled my holiday for non payment all their fuck ups .

@TUIUK tui steals people's money tells lies and refuses to give unlawfully obtained money back .Don't book no deposit with them they fuck up the direct debit dates and cancel your holiday for non payment even though no payments due yet.

@UK_CAA come on its been 24 days now and I still haven't had my direct debit payments yet you keep saying on track for everyone else ,I doubt it if direct debit people are still waiting .

@UK_CAA beginning to wonder how stupid some of the caa staff are when I've told them I paid via direct debit and they keep say if you paid by debit card fill a claim form in .No I paid by direct debit not by debit card .

@UK_CAA ok now we are in day 24 of the 14 day direct debit refund mess ,no refund again yesterday .I am really loosing all hope of getting anything at this rate .

@UK_CAA 22 days into a 14day direct debit refund yet still nothing you keep saying the majority have been paid well what about the minority who have received nothing at all .you've not even paid out since last Thursday.
