@GWRHelp awful service again, 19.18 from Paddington to Bristol Parkway cancelled so had to leave early, catch the 19.12 and stand the entire way home. Cannot claim back because in theory I'll be home the same time...just with a painful knee. (Hence why I had booked a seat)
