@GarysheffieldJr havent really loved many if the names being kicked around. id prefer us not empty the farm for less than premium talent (i.e. skubal/miller) so agree, move Grish and one of Jazz/Mc. volpe can prob handle 2b. be nice if we could move Rodon

@BillRenaud3 @BryanHoch my personal exp w similar situation is i hit a line drive to Lf, runner on 1st slides in safe to 2nd and then falls off the back of bag and tagged. was marked a hit and out after the FC. so it seems reasonable that he reached 3b safely and slide inadvertently cont his path tohome

a) who do you really want? not only this season but past.
b) is there a difference maker being talked about?
then theres the financial implications to be considered. we cant dole out lombard, kilby, lagrange & ERC for mids

@Robertinno53 i was at games 6 & 7 on Hou in 17. frustrating loses there too. i could have caught the ball Reddick robbed in RCF too... i would have been kicked but it would have been worth it if we got the HR lol

@Robertinno53 i hope we get you that 30! i too am having a hard time seeing a path to 28 right now. the AL is only part of the equation. idk if ive ever seen a group of guys who are never healthy like this franchise

@Robertinno53 some hindsight 20/20 i guess. not getting Cole from Pitt, ended up brutal. we prob should have won in 17. Stanton, Hicks, Rodon, Donaldson, Voit, Verdugo, Rizzo last deal, no franchise ss, and a bevy of SP failures... FO has done a pitiful job identifying problems & solutions
