Big dafty frae Scotland. I used to make stuff, now I'm just kind of here. 1/100,000th of the 1,529th DDT Iron Man Heavymetalweight champion (former). He/him.
Joke of a piece this.
Minister for Sport (Maree Todd) and First Minister are there working.
Stephen Flynn and Alison Thewliss there as fans - paying for it themselves.
If you’re getting upset at that grow up and have a word with yourself.
You're not cool and quirky for not allowing phones at your concert. What if notorious serial killer The Butcher was at your concert and he could go to the show without being noticed.
⭕️ New at Drop Site: How Secret Pro-Israel Money Flooded the Labour Party and Ended with a Ban of Hasan Piker and Cenk Uygur
A years-long investigation by journalist Paul Holden traces how a little-known organization called Labour Together evolved into the political machine that helped engineer Keir Starmer’s rise to power, dismantle Jeremy Corbyn’s left-wing movement, and ultimately reshape the British state.
Drawing on leaked internal documents, whistleblower material, Freedom of Information requests, and records obtained under UK data laws, the investigation reveals that Labour Together received more than £800,000 from wealthy donors between 2017 and 2020, including over £406,000 from prominent Israel lobbyist Sir Trevor Chinn, while failing to declare more than £600,000 in donations before later being fined by the Electoral Commission.
The report details how Labour Together’s longtime managing director, Morgan McSweeney, developed a strategy to remove Corbyn, install a successor, and systematically purge the Labour left while publicly presenting the project as one of party unity. McSweeney would later become Starmer’s chief of staff and one of the most influential figures in government.
Holden also documents Labour Together’s role in amplifying Labour’s “antisemitism” crisis, helping build campaigns against independent media outlets and journalists critical of Israel, and later hiring the global lobbying firm APCO Worldwide to investigate Holden and other reporters examining the organization.
The investigation further traces the links between Labour Together, senior members of Starmer’s government, pro-Israel organizations that campaigned to exclude Hasan Piker and Cenk Uygur, and the Home Secretary who ultimately imposed the bans. Rather than an isolated immigration decision, the report argues, the exclusions were the culmination of a political project years in the making.

Scotland have gone 4-0 up in the first half of a match for the first time since their 6-0 win over the Faroe Islands at Celtic Park in September 2006.
James McFadden on commentary tonight and Kenny Miller in the studio both scored, as did Tyler Fletcher's dad Darren. The only other time this century was Scotland 4-1 Trinidad & Tobago in 2004 at Easter Road.
Away from home I can only find 3 instances in their history of Scotland doing this, tonight, and in Belfast against Northern Ireland in 1949 and in Wrexham against Wales in 1893.

This is the wildest World Cup story yet. If someone in Toronto sells a ticket above face value they get fined $25,000 yet the city of Toronto bought 3,500 World Cup tickets early and then sold them to taxpayers at a markup as a “revenue generation strategy.” What the hell man.
