@HasbroPulse Can someone please explain why my dragon man was cancelled when cc on file has been on file for years and has plenty of credit. Bank says card was not declined Hasbro just cancelled the preorder. Cust service has no explanation and says there’s nothing they can do
@HasbroPulse Hasbro pulse cancelled my preorder for the exclusive dragon man. My credit card was accepted at preorder and today they just cancelled it without any warning or explanation. Called customer service and they said “we’ll let you know if we get more…”. Excuse YOU?!!

@Fly_Norwegian norwegian says i must contact my travel agent for a refund... i dont know why that is. Did norwegian not get the money when i purchased the ticket?!! Also, the site i booked through says i should get a refund from Norwegian. Norwegian i need a refund. Now.
@easyJet i have emailed you, filled out forms, tweeted and DM'd and no one has the decency to even respond. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago, i was told it would be back on my card 7days but its been 24 days now and i havent heard ANYTHING nor is the money back on my card.
@Eurostar well, everyone, according to my e-mail from @thetrainline Eurostar has stated they will NOT be giving out refunds. I honestly dont know what to say. Truly disgusted by this action, and i will never say anything good about this company
@Eurostar has ANYONE gotten a refund from this company? I've been reading through their tweet replies and responses, and am seeing a pattern of non existential help. Customer service complaints, no response for weeks complaints... just the run around for every customer
@easyJet hello, i got an email that my refund waa being processed back to my card, and that it could take up to 7 days... that was 15 days ago. Is my refund actually coming?

@Eurostar you have been ducking and dodging refunds for people you KNOW deserve one. I would never expect this type of behavior of a company, if i ever return to europe i would never use this service and i will pass this info on to anyone i know
