@LisaForCongress Look at the ballcap of the gentleman in the wheelchair. That's the 75th Ranger Battalion logo. I am assuming it's custom made Branded Bills for members of the 75th Ranger Batt. Which means the one person she jumped in front of is a disabled Special Forces dude.
