I’ll explain my “fuck you” attitude I’ve had for 10+ years. First get your base, base needs to be 2-3 million hard cash. Then put that 2-3 million into a high yield return account making you 5-6%. Congrats that’s 150k a year profit, allowing you to say “fuck you” your top 10% now
