When Creed was going through his process, I got some of the most ignorant statements/questions from a few coaches & decision makers:

1) “Make sure you teach him how to snap with his right hand or he won’t make it”

2) “How will he overcome that limited frame, he’s very sawed off”

3) “We ain’t drafting him to be an elite athlete, but will he at least come close to breaking a 5.35”

I’ve studied both of these guys extensively and work with them in different stages of their careers.

What’s always stood out is the intentionality.

Zack mastered efficiency. There was never wasted movement. Every set, every strike, every adjustment had a purpose. His consistency wasn’t accidental. It was built through thousands of disciplined reps.

Quinn brings a different personality to the position, but the same commitment to mastery. He’s unorthodox, yet relentless about development, curious enough to challenge his own game, and humble enough to keep learning despite already being one of the best in the world.

That’s why this moment was so special.

It wasn’t just a jersey swap. It was one young elite player acknowledging a legend while recognizing that this position only gets better when knowledge is shared instead of protected.

That’s the standard inside @OLMasterminds

The greatest offensive linemen I’ve been around don’t spend their time guarding information. They leave the position better than they found it.
