I have already emailed this 5 days back about my treatment. I had booked an initial date of 26 May for my IELTS test and y’all have signed me a 25 May for my speaking test. How do you expect us to check your fine prints that are mentioned in your FAQ’s?

@ieltsidpindia Its for a reason you ask us to select a date? Your support team is really pathetic. They give zero concerns about the student and their concern. When asked to talk to the senior authorities, they said we cant. WHY? WHAT ARE Y’ALL IF YOU CANT SUPPORT THE STUDENT?

@Rushabh00526527 @ieltsidpindia They’re ruthless. I have been assigned a speaking test date for 25th even when i booked it for 26th. I AM UNDERGOING A MEDICAL TREATMENT BEFORE THAT. What is the point of selecting a date then? plus y’all think we have lot of extra money to spend. @BritishCouncil
