Bought a car head unit 9 months in it develops a fault and I can not get anyone in halfords to look at it. But no one is offering a like for like exchange. I have gone to 4 stores and still waiting 1hr+ for someone to pick up the phone. @Halfords_uk #Customerservice

@HotpointUK @DandG_UK Quite possibly the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Cooker not working since 19/4. I have taken 3 separate days off work only to have the latest "Trained" person tell me they can't fit the replacement cooker.

@SamsungUK Shouldn't need to repair a TV that has been mounted & physically untouched on a wall for 11 months. I was satisfied and made arrangements for the initial date! Your engineers cancelled & then want her to open a door she can't physically get to without extreme pain!

@SamsungUK Im fed up. I raised this issue 6/10. Advised she is elderly, disabled in a wheelchair among other issues and the TV is all that keeps her mind distracted & it would be great for prompt action. Then you team are telling me you have to cancel a job and now rearrange it til 19/10.
