BB8 has finally settled out. BB9 and BB10 are moving up slightly. If you look at BB6, right as the drag started up the company announced it was unfolded, which meant it was unfolded a day or two earlier and they tested everything was operation. See for yourself.

Depending on the size it's for storing BBs in anticipation of launch, that way they can keep the transport cadence between Midland and Florida. It could also be for storing the ground support equipment necessary for integration. Either way, it makes sense to have a facility like this close to the launch site if you are entering an extended campaign.
