Hey Laravel Developers 👩‍💻

Starting with Laravel v13.13.0, we have a new Bus::bulk() method, which allows us to dispatch multiple jobs together.

Earlier, if we wanted to dispatch multiple jobs together, we would typically perform a foreach over an array and dispatch each job within it.

However, using this approach caused the framework to write to the database or Redis for every job dispatched, resulting in a write operation for each job.

For example, if there are 1000 jobs, there would be 1000 inserts into the database.

The new bulk() method optimises this process by inserting jobs in batches instead of inserting them one by one.

Example: tracking QR scans / page views?
Someone can scan/visit same page within minutes.

Don't query the DB to check "did this IP already count?".

Drop a short-lived cache key.
It's fast and self-expiring.
