This is the speed I am getting on my 200 Mbps broadband connection from @ACTFibernet. This is extremely frustrating, to say the least.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest, or I will have no option but to switch providers.

If you are an early grad scholar like me, and are applying to conferences via Google Forms. Email the conference committee for a receipt of your submission. Lost submissions are worse than rejections.
