Phoned 2 different secretaries and sat on hold for over 2 hours to find out that the boot I was given for my broke foot was the wrong one.

Hope that 2 weeks walking on it and working didn’t do any harm. Wouldn’t know myself as no actual follow up or check has been arranged.

Broke my foot in 3 places 2 weeks ago and my “virtual” fracture clinic has consisted of an e-letter I’m only aware of because I checked the NHS app.

I’m a doctor that’s worked in orthopaedics and I have questions about recovery etc, this is shockingly bad care.

But I think you just don’t know enough about NI.

Causeway ED has nothing to do with the only children’s hospital in Belfast. These are separate things.

Again more than happy to have an actual call and explain things.

Also it’s universally 16 in NI.

None of which is relevant to SHO capability but do go on.

The only Children’s Hospital in Northern Ireland only started having a Reg overnight a few years ago due to pressures.

More people voted for doctors to strike, both by % and whole numbers, than voted for Wes Streeting to be an MP.

A pay rise of 28.9%.

The highest pay rise in the entire public sector this year.

A genuine commitment to work together on things like rotations, placements, progression.

These are NOT the conditions for strike action.

I urge the BMA to work with me.
