One diet does not fit all.
William Barrington, postdoctoral scientist at @UCLA, explores the role genetics play in determining which diet will work for you.
Tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. on @WAMCRadio.
@abbynac@MaverickNY We can determine genetic vs environmental effects in mice. Not possible in humans. I'm on board with the Japanese diet, especially the sushi :)
@MaverickNY Multiple studies show that genetics influence diet response, and some mechanisms in people are known (APOE, MTHFR, etc). Not so for astrology and aspirin. Unfair comparison.
