@united thanks for stranding me in EWR due to your 3.5 hour delay on my flight from ORD (all United issues - maintenance and crew availability). Now I need a hotel, food, transport and a flight to POS tomorrow. Also my hotel in POS that I won’t be using tonight. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

@itsallstraw While we are MU lifers, my younger daughter goes to Villanova and we are enjoying all of it. Including the pope being from the south side of Chicago and a White Sox fan. I’m just bummed it’s not Marquette playing Villanova in Rome next November (rather than ND).

@united yes I know the weather is bad but the food voucher you sent was invalid and could not be used. To make matters worse, first class refreshments were not served on a 3 hour flight because the flight attendants had to sit the entire flight from IAH to ORD. Full refund!

@united when did you stop sending flight status texts to customers. It would have been nice to know my flight was delayed before my 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+ hour delay this afternoon. Yes the weather is bad but it’s nice to know when the flight might be leaving. Thanks!!

@Hertz Last name Duffy. Reservation number L56533822D5. I had to wait nearly an hour to get a vehicle. This is happening every Monday. I’m tired if it. I’ve complained but hertz has done nothing. This is unacceptable

@united stranded in Des Moines after IAH to ORD flight was diverted due to weather. Crew timed out and they let us off the plane with ZERO info about accommodations. I called the global services number and was hung up on after I asked for accommodation help. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

@Hertz just arrived at IAH and there are no cars with >100 people waiting. No priority for status, nothing. What good is a reservation? What good is loyalty? It’s a Monday evening, not a holiday. What gives? Totally unacceptable.
