the original sin for USA WASN'T slavery...

it was our inability to resolve the changing times on the subject w-out armed comflict or the dissolving of the Union
as well as letting it get so bad for minorities in the 'saved union' for soo many years post civil war.

More white men lost their lives trying trying to preserve the Union (South split over slavery, and Emancipation via Lincoln was part & parcel then of the Civil War) in USA than nearly ALL the armed conflicts of this coubtry, Revolution thru today....

many dont know that....

another chapter(s) might also cover the NEED in a country's education system to support active patriotism as well as FULLY teaching civics at a minimum thru 12th grade.
too many are ignorant of not only the what... but they reasons very smart men chose them (the research they completed) & how that's important still today

- republic vs pure democracy
- electoral college
- 3 co-equal branches
- understanding their fear of 'Tyranny of the Majority' moreso than even external pressures/enemy's

basically read/know/understand the founders federalist writings
