As a „normal guy“ who doesn’t follow wrestling at all, I’d still be able to name more than five. It was really in the air culturally in the 80s and 90s. Off the top of my head - Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Macho Man Randy Savage, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Andre the Giant, The Undertaker, Mankind, Ultimate Warrior… there‘s also a lot that I couldn’t name but would remember if I saw them (a guy in a cop outfit? a rich guy in a green suit?)
