It did actually. I work in IT and was wondering at the feasibility of using Claude for system diagnostics. I tested a similar prompt on an older PC I didn’t care about because I was curious. Gave Claude Opus 5.5 full local permissions and permission to go online for whatever it needed (I put it on an isolated VLAN). It fixed a bunch of historical issues and gave recommendations for things it saw were wrong but couldn’t modify itself (like RAM speed being non-optimal). It also gave me vendor links to updated drivers and BIOS firmware. It also found kernel shims from old drivers that were known to be problematic (and not uninstalled when you removed the related software) and removed them for me after asking permission.

There is software that will take what he’s saying and transcribe then TTS it in real time or after he presses a button on his command pad that is programmed to confirm if playback.
