@RolandGunnTN my mountain home is in a small town and everyone is on gov asst. and they work under the table, CASH, and no one tells... stiches 4 snitches... my beach home is more of a contractors think they can make 400 and hour, thing
@amytheartist my mom left me and my brother home at 10 and 12 thinking we wouldn't find all of those playboys on the top shelf in the basement, search their shiz or take our dirtbikes out and friggin have the times or our lives
@sunsonking Japan and China don't have what we have in Compton, do you really think that I want to get on a train with a degenerate? I'm an air conditioned gypsy
@favwontmiss when we say lazy, libtard, welfare cheat, druggie, dropout, dirtbag, criminal, looser, trouble maker, we mean you, stop defending the people making your life harder.
@Ariszn12 Gen Z is so important and their time is so valuable that they need to get the takeout delivered to their bedroom at their mommies house and put it on the CC, then pay the min, needless to say, they won't be getting a house, let alone a vacation"cabin" like Dad who worked 60hr/wk
@peachsweet_tea Are guys still falling for that? You retire now at 23 and I'll work until I'm 80. Is that still a thing b/c I'm seeing a lot of single unmarried gals rolling up on 40 and I'm thinking that their demands may have been a little too high
@Sonderisfon not sure but I have very little interest playing golf at the cheap muni with a bunch of cigarette smoking alcoholics that can barely afford a $50 green fee.
@GuyTalksFinance SP500 index funds like spy are a gamble and about to become worse. By the end of 2027 SpaceX, Tesla, Anthropic and OpenAI could be in your top ten at ridiculously high forward PE's, you don't think that is risky?
@MFT_Get_Funded the prob w/ voo is that by the end of 2027 you might end up w/ a ridiculous AMT of spaceX, Tesla, Anthropic and OpenAI, all in your top 10 and all at ridiculous forward PE's, QQQ is about to get stupid also. Index funds are supposed to lower risk, not be stupid
@QueenAnticommie And, I stopped interviewing in March of my senior year after getting 3 good job offers and started working a real job 2 weeks after graduation at the ripe old age of 23
@QueenAnticommie yeah, I paid about 3k for in state tuition room and board in 1980, max SL was 1500 for first year and summer after my second year (eng) I made 6500 at GM, working 78 hour weeks, also went coop and grad w/ 11.5k in SL but no lattes and no avocado toast (I'm hetero)
@Janonymous1808@ojessie__ it's 10 here, varies state to state, and my wording is correct on SS, but yes I know how it works... she gets 1/2 of his benefit amount
