@woodfordwords @wesstreeting Following on, it turns out that my mum wasn't given a full course of antibiotics(to save money) for her chest infection a month ago, so now she has to have another (full course) to finally get rid of the infection she has been suffering with all this time!

@woodfordwords @wesstreeting Tried to get an appointment for my 84 year old mum. You can no longer call, its all done online. I then got a text saying we had got an appointment, then a call from the doctors asking if we got the text. If it wasn't for her family, she would never get an appointment!
