Your kid isn’t your best friend. If your 10 year old knows all your adult drama, that’s not a “close bond”… that’s emotional dumping. That’s trauma. Stop putting adult problems on children.
im gonna repeat this until my lungs give out. some men want conservative women to live their conservative lives with. that's fucking awesome, go be amish or mormon or whatever.
a LOT of men want to break in independent women and trap them into a conservative relationship. that's abuse and power. why are they foaming at the mouths trying to get abortion banned federally if the women they're interested in are chaste until marriage and only fuck for god given children? why do we not have maternity leave and state subsidized- free or almost free childcare when the economy benefits from having women in the workforce but also from having children? why does school end at 3 pm and your job at 5pm? why are they fighting so hard to stop work from home when it benefitted parents? control. it's irrational and it has nothing to do with morals, the economy, logic. just control. keeping all women from having full fledged careers, from being able to walk out of an abusive marriage, from being able to make choices on having babies or not. because when women are equal they have no one to look down on and their mediocrity is too much to bear
Why do men love to offer things that no one wants?
"I would die for her" -- cool, no one asked you to die. Just be useful around the house, have a positive attitude and plan fun outings without being told.
Here's the problem with DEI: we only say the acronym. We need to pronounce every word in the term cuz saying *the President bragged last night about how he's ended Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in America* just seems like it'd hit radically different.
There’s no “teen mom crisis” without asking why grown men are impregnating girls.
There’s no “gold digger epidemic” without acknowledging wealthy older men deliberately pursuing women decades younger and then acting shocked when money is part of the dynamic.
There’s no panic about “women in prostitution” without confronting the male demand and the financial vulnerability that makes exploitation profitable.
There’s no outrage about “promiscuous Gen Z girls” without acknowledging that the same internet and media landscape is sexualizing and grooming them early.
There’s no “masculinity crisis because of feminism.” There is a crisis of entitlement when men are no longer centered.
There’s no widespread “false allegation epidemic.” There is a long, documented history of sexual violence being minimized, excused, and defined by men in power.
There’s no hysteria about “mean exclusionary lesbians.” There is discomfort when women set firm sexual boundaries.
Over and over again, the spotlight is turned onto women a their behavior, sexuality, choices instead of interrogating the structures that advantage men.
It’s misogyny. It’s deflection. It’s a system that seeks to individualize women’s behavior while protecting male power.
When I got my driver's license pic taken today it showed up on the screen and I said I look so uġly in that pic and the man taking the pic looked at the pic and then looked at me and said "idk what to tell u that is exactly what u look like" 😭😭😭
- refusing to ask for help
- downplaying your achievements
- isolating yourself instead of communicating
- saying “yes” to everything
- neglecting your own needs
- avoiding important responsibilities
- flooding your mind with negativity
- always chasing perfection
Actually now IS the most important time for you to make art.
Show people what's possible. Show others the depth of their own agency.
Show the world they have a soul that yearns for something more than output, over stimulation and productivity.
Sometimes I feel like something glitched around 2019 and nobody talks about it.
Like the world didn’t end, it just… hardened.
Conversations feel shorter. Friendships feel thinner. Everyone is “connected” but no one is really here. We scroll through tragedies the way we used to scroll through memes. A disaster happens, we react with an emoji, and five minutes later we’re back to arguing about something irrelevant.
It’s like empathy got nerfed.
People film everything now. Fights. Accidents. Someone crying in public. The first instinct isn’t “help,” it’s “record.” We turned real life into content and content into personality.
Even time feels off. Weeks blur together. Years feel both fast and empty. You look up and it’s February again but you can’t remember living January.
And maybe I sound dramatic. Maybe this is just adulthood. But sometimes it feels like we crossed into a quieter, colder timeline and just agreed not to question it.
Like we survived something.
But we didn’t come back the same.
The rewards the girls get for being good include autoimmune disease, chronic mental illness, the big C, & a life they wouldn’t have chosen for themselves.
PLEASE CHOOSE THE CRASH OUT OVER BEING “GOOD”, PLEASE. Your health depends on it.
