Medical msc are run by govt Universities which are approved by NMC/MCI and yet NMC consider Medical MSc as non-medical rather!? @NMC_IND
Should channelise medical msc courses and give us also registry under medical council as Non-mbbs medical teacher's

In December 2020, NMMTA met @NITIAayog officials regarding reforms in medical MSc courses. The latter assured to take them up with @EduMinOfIndia. There has been no progress on our issues. Ministries & @ugc_india are expected to be proactive in solving issues. @PMOIndia

The relief granted to the medical MSc/PhD teachers by @MoHFW_INDIA through its order to NMMTA's appeal has been ignored by the @NMC_IND. This insubordination is causing us loss of employment & growth opportunities. @OfficeOf_MM @mansukhmandviya must kindly intervene. @PMOIndia

No matter how much hate or contempt @NMC_IND holds for MSc/PhD faculty, we can't be eliminated from the system. We have given our best & India's #MedicalEducation has benefited from our contributions. It's a matter of time before this #AcadmicApartheid is dismantled. @PMOIndia

Yet another discrimination within the umbrella of gazette @NMC_IND made the Central health ministry letter/advice “a nickel-and-dime" letter... Is a commission over the ministry? And ministries silence is the answer to the action of NMC is notable. @MoHFW_INDIA

Today is "Zero discrimination day" and theme is "remove laws that harm, create laws that empower". @NMMTA_Assn & members hopes are being strangled by the every new gazette of @NMC_IND. @MoHFW_INDIA letter was also disregarded by NMC. Hope we also will have "0 discrimination day"

You need to be vocal. You need to speak up how NMC guidelines ruined your life ur employment. mere retweets and likes will not solve this . Medical MSc/PhD microbiologist and pharmacologists must come forward with individual ordeal. Let the country know.

ignored. Today the same issue is public. Everyone understood the false narrative created by NMC.
Take all inclusive approach. Stop discrimination

We could build a robust health and med ed system with participation from all sections be it PhDs, DNBs, FMGs but egoistic bigotry of some chair holders didn't want it. And the sufferer is the country. High time to change policies to become world leader.

I am increasingly convinced that we must stop mandatory thesis in MD/DNB programs. More often than not, students learn dishonesty, data manipulation, and plagiarism as they spend three years on their theses. And these poor quality studies find their way in predatory journals.

It is observed that many colleges restrict Medical MSc/PhD teachers from getting trained in Basic/Revised Basic course in MET, CISP training mandated by @NMC_IND .
Can @NMC_IND give directives to medical colleges to clear the ambiguity and from mind of MEU.
