There's a common misconception that Pep Guardiola "ruins" attacking/flair players, and I've seen it again after the Cherki signing.

Let's look at the evidence...

Barcelona:
-Sure Messi is Messi, but he scored 73 goals in a season under Pep, the most he ever scored in a single season.
-Eto'o, Henry, Pedro x2, Ibrahimovic, Villa all have 20+ goal campaigns
-Pedro had 2 campaigns of more than 13 goals after Pep, one of which was 24/25 at Lazio

Bayern:
-Mandzukic scores 22 and 26 in his 2 seasons under Pep, only has 1 other season of more than 13 in Europe's Top 5 Leagues
-Ribery: 16 goals, 15 assists in 39 games in 13/14
-Muller: 32 goals, 13 assists in 49 games in Pep's final season

Man City:
-Aguero: 3 consecutive 30 goal seasons
-Sterling: 120 goals in 292 games under Pep, struggled since
-Haaland: 52 goals in his first 53 games under Pep
-Foden: Wins PFA Player Of The Year

Not to mention countless other examples...

Yes some players at City have struggled (Grealish) and some clearly need time (Doku, Savio)... but to suggest Pep can't get unbelievable production out of attacking players is just false!
