I’ve been back at @HP_Training for a little over a month working on the feedback I got from my assessment at @BioPrecisionLLC. I’ve been throwing at lower intent to focus on cleaning up my kinetic sequence and getting more hip-shoulder separation. This is a screenshot from a recent pen. Really happy with the progress so far. Looking to combine this work with strength training and some weight gain to be throwing my FB in the low 90s by the start of my junior season at @GPN_NorsemenBB this spring.
