Has anybody else faced this issue with SBI debit card transactions, and Apollo 247 refunds? Please let me know, it is an extremely frustrating situation!

Been chasing ONE transaction with @Apollo24x7 and @TheOfficialSBI, with NO RESOLUTION for two weeks now : Apollo executives insist they have initiated a refund on 3rd March 2026, SBI insists they have not received any such transaction.

I have an outstanding bill for a service I cancelled. And I can't visit to the store ( BECAUSE I AM OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY)or use the APP because the number has been cancelled? I regret switching to @Vodafone_CZ from @TMobile . Good at promises but no follow through :(

There is currently a glorious cycle with @Vodafone_CZ : You try to make a complaint, they ask you to login, you try to login using different passwords, there is an error. You login separately using email and password, the complaint page itself disappears!

There is no email or live support in English. I visited the stores twice in September and October '23 to cancel my phone AND internet, as I would be leaving CZ , and was confirmed over phone that this will happen, and I will get my deposit back. It has been more than a month.
